WELCOME TO THE EDGEWOOD COMMUNITY RENTAL CENTER

The City of Edgewood and Edgewood Economic Development Corporation are excited to announce rentals are now available in this beautiful new facility for our community to gather, celebrate, meet, and make memories. Built in 2025, the Edgewood Community Rental Center boasts 3,093 square feet of flexible space designed to promote community, connection, and fun.

The Community Rental Center includes a spacious main hall perfect for social gatherings, celebrations, meetings, and special events; a private board room for meetings and smaller gatherings; a full kitchen for luncheons, meals, and catered events; and additional space for community activities and supplies.

Whether you’re planning a birthday celebration, family gathering, reunion, meeting, luncheon, community event, or special occasion, the Community Rental Center provides a welcoming space for groups of all kinds.

Gather your friends, family, organization, or community group and enjoy a beautiful facility designed with Edgewood in mind. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, hosting a meeting, or simply bringing people together, this is a place where memories are made.

The Edgewood Community Rental Center is available for residents, organizations, groups, and community members throughout Edgewood and the surrounding areas.

Fee Schedule

Edgewood Community Rental Center

  • $200.00 — Refundable reservation/damage deposit
  • $200.00 — Half-day rental
    • Morning/Afternoon: 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
    • Afternoon/Evening: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
  • $350.00 — Whole-day rental
  • $100.00 — Nonprofit organizations (501(c)(3)) — Fundraisers
